    • THE PLAN_TABLE USED FOR EXPLAIN CANNOT BE ASCII OR UNICODE.

      PLAN_TABLEs must be encoded in EBCDIC for use with EXPLAIN.

    • The statement cannot be executed.
  • Resposta ao Desenvolvedor
    • Drop the existing PLAN_TABLE, and recreate it with the EBCDIC encoding scheme.
