DB2 received an SQL CALL statement for a stored procedure.
However, the number of host variable parameters supplied on the CALL statement does not match the expected number of host variable parameters.

- The number of host variable parameters as determined by examining the SQLDA.
- opnum
- The expected number of host variable parameters as determined by parsing the statement.
